Exclusive use & a full book-out of this extraordinary property is available from $9,800 per night. Perfect for treating your family to a special celebration, or your high-performing team to somthing truly unique. Guests enjoy tailored & elevated dinners including a Chef's Table experience & delicious degustations. The PBH culinary philosophy is to source as much local produce as possible, for the daily changing menus. A bounty of premium ingredients are also sourced from the kitchen gardens at sister property (also in the local region), Bells at Killcare Boutique Hotel, Restaurant & Spa.
Rates are all-inclusive and the above rate is for a full house of 8 guests. All dining, snacks, premium wine and spirits (cellar list additional), in-pavilion snacks & refreshments, wi-fi and mountain bike hire are included, along with staff and full concierge to make any stay effortless and wonderfuly extraordinary.
Pretty Beach House adheres to Responsible Service of Alcohol guidelines. Beverage service concludes at 11:30pm each evening and the main house is closed at midnight.

To make the most of a stay at Pretty Beach House all bookings require a minimum stay of two nights, unless otherwise stated.
A 50% deposit is payable at the time of booking. Balance to be paid in full 14 days prior to arrival.
Peak Periods require an additional surcharge of $300 per person per night. Peak periods include Good Friday to Easter Monday inclusive, and, Christmas / New Year Period. Please phone us for specific dates or click on our Book Your Stay button to explore rates.
Maximum occupancy in any pavilion is 2 people.
Conditions apply for children and additional guests. Pretty Beach House welcomes children over the age of 13 years when travelling with an adult. If all four pavilions are booked for Exclusive Use of the entire property there is no age restriction for children. Full balance is due 2 weeks or more, before check-in for exclusive use.
Pretty Beach House adheres to Responsible Service of Alcohol guidelines. Beverage service concludes at 11:30pm each evening and the main house is closed at midnight. Beverages selected from the PBH Cellar List are an additional cost.
