Pretty Beach House adheres to Responsible Service of Alcohol guidelines. Beverage service concludes at 11:30pm each evening and the main house is closed at midnight.

All prices quoted are in Australian dollars and include GST.
To make the most of a stay at Pretty Beach House all bookings require a minimum stay of two nights, unless otherwise stated.
A 50% deposit is payable at the time of booking. Balance to be paid in full 14 days prior to arrival.
Peak Periods require an additional surcharge of $300 per person per night. Peak periods include Good Friday to Easter Monday inclusive, and, Christmas / New Year Period of December 20 to January 17.
Maximum occupancy in any pavilion is 2 people.
Conditions apply for children and additional guests. Pretty Beach House welcomes children over the age of 13 years when travelling with an adult. If all four pavilions are booked for Exclusive Use of the entire property there is no age restriction for children. Full balance is due 2 weeks or more, before check-in for exclusive use.
Pretty Beach House adheres to Responsible Service of Alcohol guidelines. Beverage service concludes at 11:30pm each evening and the main house is closed at midnight. Beverages selected from the PBH Cellar List are an additional cost.
