Yes. Airport transfers can be arranged from both Sydney and Newcastle Airports. Please contact the team in advance to organise your transfer.

There is a security gate onsite and guests will be given access on arrival day. Pretty Beach House is situated on top of a hill, with steep driveway access. Parking is available for 1 car per pavilion.

No, the property is not set up for group events over 8 people.

All bookings require a minimum stay of 2 nights, unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations should be advised 2 weeks prior to arrival date.

Check-in is available from 2:00pm, but guests are invited to join us for lunch on arrival day from 12.30. Guests should advise if they are arriving for lunch.

Check-out is by 11:00am.

Yes, wines, beers and spirits are included at select times. Premium wines from the cellar list collection are available for an additional charge.

Yes. Dietary requirements can be accommodated. Please advise the team prior to your arrival.

Yes. All stays are fully inclusive, with breakfast, lunch, dinner, morning tea and afternoon tea included.

The chefs create modern Australian menus showcasing locally sourced seafood, premium regional produce and native Australian ingredients. Each menu is thoughtfully crafted around the finest seasonal ingredients available.

Alcohol service concludes at 11:30pm. The Main House closes at midnight.

Breakfast is served daily from 8:00am to 10:00am.

Lunch is served from 12:30pm to 2:30pm.

Spa treatments are available but are not included in the accommodation rate. Additional charges apply.

Yes. Pretty Beach House is surrounded by Bouddi National Park, with a number of scenic coastal and bushwalking trails just moments from the property.

Pretty Beach House is approximately a 90-minute drive from both Sydney and Newcastle Airports. Return airport transfers can be arranged from either airport, or you can hire a car and enjoy the scenic drive to the Bouddi Peninsula. For a truly unforgettable arrival, seaplane transfers from Sydney can also be arranged.

Pretty Beach House is surrounded by the natural beauty of the Bouddi National Park. Guests can explore Bouddi National Park coastal walking trails, relax on nearby beaches, enjoy water activities like kayaking, surfing and sailing. The team is happy to provide recommendations during your stay. Killcare Beach has a surf club and a patrolled flag area in summer.

Pretty Beach House is located at Pretty Beach on the New South Wales Central Coast, approximately 90-minute drive north of Sydney, surrounded by the natural beauty of Bouddi National Park. The peninsula is surrounded by the ocean with plenty of water activities on the bay and beautiful beaches to visit.

Each pavilion features a wood-burning fireplace, except for Treetops which has an outdoor firepit.

Bayview Pavilion, Hideaway Pavilion and The Retreat each feature a private plunge pool. Treetops Pavilion does not have a plunge pool, but overlooks the main pool.

Each pavilion is designed for two guests.

There are just four luxury pavilions, ensuring a peaceful and highly personalised guest experience.

Each pavilion features a king-size bed, separate dressing room, luxury bathroom with heated floors, rain shower, air conditioning, complimentary Wi-Fi, on-demand movies, snacks and refreshments, an outdoor entertaining area with a double daybed, and a spacious sitting area. Amenities vary slightly between pavilion types.
